South of France native and fourth generation liqueur maker, Bernard Monna is Quebec's first blackcurrant wine and cream maker! In the early 1970s, he moves to l'Île d'Orléans where he will form his roots. This location climat is ideal for the blackcurrant culture. The company produces more than 50 000 bottles per year. Heir to a long family tradition, Bernard Monna passed on his knowledge to his two daughters, Catherine and Anne who now run the buisness.
