Sour beers

Acidity is what stands out in sour beers. Whether it’s lactic, which suggests citrus and plain yogurt flavors found in Berliner Weisse beers, or acetic acid, more common in mixed-fermentation beers such as a casked wild season ale. Often refreshing and light in terms of alcohol content, sours are undeniably thirst quenching.
