Voici la description de la brasserie : Tout d'abord, nous brassons notre Vin d'Orge Américain avec des malts biologiques et houblonnés avec des variétés américaines du nord-ouest du Pacifique.
Nous laissons ensuite la bière vieillir dans des fûts de bourbon américain pendant 6 mois. Le caractère assertif du houblon de la jeune bière est maintenant tempéré par des arômes de chêne, de vanille et de spiritueux.
Plus vous laissez la bière à température ambiante, plus elle révèle de saveurs.
