Artisinal brewery located in the Vieux-Aylmer, Gatineau. This project was born out of a collaboration between Dimitri Carrabin, Jacob Barrette and Stephen Washer, three Gatineau buisnessmen. This microbrewery's name refers to Matthew Whitworth-Aylmer, 5th Baron Aylmer after whom the city of Vieux-Aylmer was named.
