Ce cidre est réalisé à partir d'un assemblage de pommes et de chardonnay. Le chardonnay égrappé a fait une macération pelliculaire au domaine. Il a été récupéré et mis en infusion pendant 7 jours dans le moût de pomme. Cidre redosé au miel de la ferme Desrochers.
