Cette Landbier a été brassée en collaboration avec nos amis de Slakebrewing à Picton au Comté de Prince Edward, Ontario. Traditionnellement les Landbiers célèbrent les ingrédients locaux et c’est le cas pour la nôtre, même si elle a été brassée avec des chums ontariens! Alors, nous avons brassé avec des malts québécois, en faisant un empâtage à paliers (step mash) pour donner le maximum de rondeur en bouche et une belle mousse crémeuse. Pour balancer le côté malté, nous avons sélectionné des houblons Glacier et Crystal québécois qui donnent des notes herbacées, florales et légèrement argumées ainsi qu’une belle amertume.
