Notes de la brasserie : Au nez, on décèle des parfums de poires caramélisées et de biscuit. La texture en bouche est soyeuse. Côté saveurs, on retrouve du caramel mou, de la brioche, ainsi que les esters (notes de poire) créés lors de la fermentation. La finale est légèrement amère, avec une carbonatation vive et une petite chaleur alcoolique bien présente.
