Notes de la brasserie : Les fruits à noyaux et de la résine de houblon se démarquent au nez. Le corps de la bière est initialement assez rond. Au goût, des parfums d'abricots et de pêches apparaissent initialement, accompagnés par des notes plus florales, résineuses et une petite douceur de caramel apportée par le malt de spécialité. La bière finit sèche, légèrement alcoolisée, avec un côté fruité persistant et une amertume franche.
