Gose traditonnelle. En bouche, la bière est très mince et hautement gazéifiée. On retrouve les saveurs de citrons, de lime, une petite touche de coriandre, puis le sel apparaît vers la fin de la gorgée, avec l'acide lactique et une toute petite amertume. Très désaltérant !
