Le houblon Nelson est cultivé biologiquement en Nouvelle-Zélande, et est célèbre pour ses arômes de vin blanc, de litchi et de groseille. C’est le principal houblon utilisé dans cet IPA, en partenariat avec les houblons Citra et Mosaic, qui jouent un rôle de soutien.
