Après 12 à 30 mois en fût de bourbon, nous avons assemblé 4 fûts avec 1000 litres de stout impérial frais pour vous offrir ce bel assemblage. Les notes classiques de café et de chocolat du stout impérial se marient parfaitement à l'apport de boisé vanillé du vieillissement prolongé en barrique. On retrouve aussi une finale de bourbon tout en subtilité. À consommer à une température de 10 à 14 degrés celsius pour savourer pleinement l'expérience.
