Le houblon Talus de Yakima Chief Hops est relativement nouveau (anciennement appelé HBC 692) et apporte à la bière d’énormes arômes fruités, axés sur les agrumes et les fruits tropicaux – pensez goyave et fruit de la passion. Les houblons Citra et Simcoe sont utilisés dans un rôle de soutien.
